This is the fifth time we have hired Youtopia Designs to help us in our home. The first four times we hired Youtopia Designs they designed our basement, our living room and entryway, our master bedroom & bathroom and then our guest / hall bathroom. Each time they have gone above and beyond with the overall design, and they have made everything so easy for us from the initial design phase to the construction phase and even after construction was completed! It was a no brainer when it came time to hire a designer for our kitchen and laundry room remodel. The designers produced a unique layout that we absolutely loved. They managed the process of ordering everything, making sure it arrived on time and that there was no damage. They were at our house throughout the construction process to make sure any and all questions were answered. Everything turned out perfectly and exactly as we had imagined. We hired Youtopia Designs during the process of building our forever home and needed help with everything! When we initially met with our designer for our initial consultation she was very professional and took notes throughout the entire meeting listening to both of our likes and dislikes. She took this information and created a design that we never could have imagined. From the flooring, paint colors, accent walls, lighting, etc everything she showed us we absolutely loved. Originally our plans for the great room had a tray ceiling but Youtopia Designs took the ceiling plans to the next level by eliminating the tray ceiling and creating a semi-circle soffit with wood beams in a starburst pattern. In addition to the great room, she included an amazing ceiling design for our first-floor and second-floor master suite. As Candice has said, your ceiling is just as important as the walls & floor! This company is an extraordinary design firm and authentic, we highly recommend hiring Youtopia Designs if you are building a home and recommend getting them involved in the very beginning stages!
