Warm colors are great to decorate and add warmth to any room. Some of the warm colors are dark red, dark yellow and dark orange. They are very eye catching and below several warm colors are listed and how to use them.
Brick red; brick red is one of the warmest colors because it mixes brown, which is a warm color, with red, which is also a warm color. Rooms in your house that face the north need warm colors to catch what sunlight there is, because not much sunlight comes in from the north and the perfect addition to your room would be an oriental rug because most of them have brick red as a main color and would go together very well with the wall(s). Maroon is a color you can use with brick red because it goes very well with brick red. Gold is another color that goes well with brick red.
Daffodil yellow; daffodil yellow is one color that can really bring warmth to a kitchen. The beautiful color can be used on plates, napkin holders, other dishes, and best yet by just putting a bouquet of them right on the table. Also if you can find napkins with daffodils on them that would be the perfect ending to setting the table up.
Tangerine; tangerine would be another way to warm up the room. Just small accents of it would surprise you on how much it really works. For instance, you wouldn’t want to paint a wall this color, or even reupholster a couch. However a small chair would look good and give it a big piece of warmth in your room.
These colors will not only bring warmth to your room, they will be the perfect addition to your home. A real wow factor!!
